Okay, so there's this Original Character Tournament going on right now called Deviant Dead (), right? I have this kinda fun idea for a short "fan comic". I haven't drawn anything resembling a comic since I was 10. As I try to develop this thing, I've realized that I have no idea how to start a comic, much less work on one and eventually finish one. Maybe I'm just starting to build this up in my head, but I'm starting to get this anxious "I'm taking a test I haven't studied for and I forgot to wear pants" feeling. I know this is silly. I'm not a REALLY crappy doodle-artist. I mean, I haven't updated my gallery in forever, so... anyone could argue otherwise and say I suck. Which is okay. That isn't the issue here. But, really, I should be able to do this. I know that comic creation is more than just putting a bunch of pictures on a piece of paper and put some words in them. A story should be told with those pictures. Composing a page should be given either enough thought or enough talent (or both) to be able to stand on their own as both engaging stories and works of art. It's just something I feel like I'm not capable of doing. There are millions of people who have more talent in their pinkie finger than I do in my whole body. I do dumb character drawings. *crawls into a hole*
